The purpose of Pastors' Leadership Network Cohorts is to encourage, equip, and inspire visionary pastors and leaders. We believe healthy and growing churches are led by healthy and growing pastors.
Emerging Leaders
Age 25 to 39

Age 40 to 54

Fourth Quarter Leaders
Age 55+

- How can I invest in the next generation of pastors?

- How do I shepherd my wife through the empty nest years?

Investment: $250 per month
Every pastor should have a Paul, a Barnabas, and a Timothy. Groups* are personally led by seasoned mentors, with input from the wide range of group members' experiences.
Periodically, high capacity pastors and leaders will join in leading the discussions.
*Limited to 12 leaders per group. Participants pay by the month and are encouraged to commit to at least 6 months to a year to forge meaningful friendships. We realize life happens, so members may leave a groups any time due to extenuating circumstances.
